I went to the ER with a fever, what I thought was a margarine (worst headache I've ever had), terrible cough and no urine out put. NP came in with a ton of question which every time I would reply I was cut off. I then was told since I've never been diagnosed with migraines there was no way I had one, and she would bet money I had strep or the flu. She gave me Motrin which had no relief, and she was aware. I let them perform the strep flu and I even gave them a urine sample finally after 2 hours of trying because she kept asking over and over if I was pregnant. Everything came back negative and my urine showed I was dehydrated (what the nurse told me) . The NP was very rude and unprofessional, and I will never return for ANY type of treatment. I'm glad that I'm staffed with NP's at my job that treats everyone equal no matter their age or symptoms they have.
