This is a staff / friends of staff store and not open to the general public. It is a bit hit and miss - sometimes they have a great range and great stock - but other times it is impossible to find any sizing or range. As you need a staff pass to enter - you can't really see what they have in stock and what range is available prior. There is also no customer service (as expected being a staff store).
