When I recently came in to pick up additional diabetic testing supplies I was stunned to learn that the company had decided to no longer bill Medicare/medicade or insurance carriers and that all transactions hence forth will be cash only. Having a fixed income and having this unexpected expense ( previously BCN/ Medicare had covered everything) was a shock, to put it mildly. I wish them good luck.
The pharmacy staff is seriously rude! I had a phone conversation and the guy I spoke with was not helpful and was rude! He literally told me that because my son wasn't already a patient there that he didn't take priority for them to help me get his medication in there!! I'm totally fine with not giving them my business!!
They fill compounding prescriptions, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, they don't work with priority insurance.
The pharmacy is great, good service. They are incredibly overpriced on orthotics, however. Things they sell are available online for much less.
Personally called me at work to let me know my prescription was done. The staff was friendly, and the price for a specially compounded suspension was great! (They even flavored it banana bread for my bunny!) This is a great place to go if you need something on the unusual side.
Very rude, the employees there have no clue what insurance covers what. Get new management!!!!.

Had a prescription for two pair of compression stockings but my insurance only pays for one every 3 months I went to go pick up the other pair today and I was told I need a new prescription because the prescription that I had was only for two stockings when it did say two pair not one pair. I had called three different times last week and talked with three different people but when I went in there today everybody acted like they did not know what was going on. I will be using some other place for durable medical equipment they just lost my business I can't afford to be going 30 miles one way for durable medical equipment and being told they don't have the prescription or I need a new one.
Very helpful and friendly. If your a regular they generally know you by name and usually go the extra mile to help you.

Most trusted pharmacy you'll find in town. Yes; they are quite busy most days and don't always have time to personally greet their customer. That does not bother me though, as other have mentioned; because let's not forget that they are very busy selecting, filling, counting and recounting medications, on top of inputting ALL of the information into their systems, etc. AND IF THEY WERE TO MAKE A MISTAKE- bc they put greeting you above correctly doing their jobs ---- THE CONSEQUENCES COULD BE DIRE. Greet me, don't greet me; just correctly fill my 12 monthly medications
