I need to redact this 5 star review I previously gave. The review was written before the transaction was complete and was done at the behest of another sales person so Mia, Lance and Brad could get a bonus. I was at Toyota with my sister who was buying the car. They called her and said come on up here you are approved. Now 2 weeks later she is getting ugly calls from Toyota saying the process was never finished and she needs to return the car. She provided every bit of information she was asked for & a down payment. Now they say she needs to try to get her bank to finance the car. Very poor, unprofessional customer service. Not too mention, Toyota tried to sell her the car way over fair market value. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Take your business elsewhere.
