They have got to be one of the worst management companies. They refuse to respond to any emails that might require a bit of research. They seem to need permission from the board to make any decision.

roofing work was done on my unit and they refuse to let me see the contract - even though the roofers are liable for the damage caused inside my unit.

they say they changed their staff to improve service - what a joke, answering the phone, answering email - seems to be a skill these people lack.

Rude is an understatement. Knowledgable - what knowledge - they barely have a high school education it seems based on the service levels they offer! i could go on and on. these people should be sued for taking money for a service they really don't provide!
