How funny, now that there is someone like google to provide a reviews on the BBB everyone can now see how bad these guys are. We filed a complaint on an alarm company who was horrible, Central Security who had over 1500. Somehow after 1500 complaints they still had an A+ Rating with BBB. How could that possibly be? I'll tell you way, because the BBB uses consumer complaints to extort money from companies who have to pay to get their bad reviews on the BBB swept under the rug. People wake up and realize the BBB is not a company to be trusted. The only use peoples bad revuew to get companies to pay.
