The dispatch for this company is really great. Shelby made me feel important even though I had to originally cancel the appointment then make another appointment later on. Aaron was the technician and he was great. I had to leave the repair with my 14 year old son and Aaron got the job done but also made a friend in my son. He was Aaron was friendly and easy to talk to. Aaron let my son know what was going on and if he had to leave he let him know when he would be back and why he had to leave (for parts). I am super happy with their work and I hope if there is another issue they will be able to help. I wish they did appliances... Thank you so much.
