Good work but need to improve their accuracy on anticipated time waiting for brief service requests. There's no excuse for setting an appointment time to find out an hour later the work hasn't even begun when the service representative knows you are waiting for your vehicle.
Recommendation: Respect the clients time as if it was your own. And keep up the otherwise good work.
