a-holes, bought tickets on my phone, and the charge never went thru apparently (despite the fact that they remembered all my personal information and saved the account that was generated by my ticket purchase), so when I called about it they basically told me to f-off and that i would have to pay an extra $20 for the same tickets. Either get a website that works on a phone or honor the original ticket price! Get it together, y'all!!
