I was to meet a new provider today. This appointment has been scheduled over a month (because they had to reschedule when my first doctor left). Even though it's been scheduled for so long they waited until this morning to tell me they lost credentialing with my insurance. They pretended like they'd been trying to get in touch before today, but no incoming calls or messages recorded on my phone.
