I went there for 2 things. One to get a credit for a 5 year battery that only lasted 10 months. Two: to get a quote for a new alternator. It took almost a half hour to get to the refund. The first guy was new and didn't know how to handle it. Understandable. During the whole time the other guy was testing the old battery, he didn't say a word to me. This was after I asked about the quote. They said they would pull it in and look at it. I asked how long. An hour. After I STOOD for a half hour already. I said no thanks. I already told them that I was really really exhausted. You'd think that they could look up the part, the install time, and give me at least a ball park figure.

January 2019 - last month I stopped in because one of my tires kept losing air. Initially they said it would be a couple of hours before they could get to it but one of the guys took a quick look at it. He thought there might be sidewall damage. Shoot. I thought the main problem could be as simple as the valve cap. The tires are still under warranty and damage protection. Within a few minutes, he pulled it in and they put in a whole new valve. No real damage. No charge! Reputation salvaged.
