Completely astonished with how unprofessionally I have been dealt with by Kiran. Overall, bad-mannered attitude and poor customer service.

I called to follow-up on my application to be told that it was submitted past due date, however when I questioned that the application deadline was not advertised on the post and the post (both on their website and third party listings e.g. seek, LinkedIn) is still currently live, she replied with "yer, that was my bad, I forgot to include the application deadline". What in the world?! Extremely sloppy.

She then questioned how I knew the client did not receive my application and demanded to know the name and contact details of my connection, which I did not feel comfortable providing.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend industry clients to source through Bluefin Resources.
