Went to interview, got the job. very poor Management. never received a call back after two months. never worked a day. very very poor management. there is no reason why i should have to be the middle man when it come to meeting the client. it was like i worked in the office. and not as a PCA.
This company is the most disorganized and sloppily ran company I have EVER dealt with, The "staff" that they sent for my mother's cate changed all of the time, they were late, sat around and texted and watched TV and had to go outside and smoke every half hour, i also believe some items may have been "lost" and still missing. When you call the main office you have people who have NO IDEA what the hell is going on, I talked to someone named Cindy's who was VERY rude and someone named Deb who wasnt much better, I was told the owner was going to help with all of the issues but once again a big ZERO

I have been employed with Allied Health Systems LLC. Since 2013. I have never saw any agency with such compassion for patients as this company has. I am beyond grateful for all the experiences I have gained from this company. The owners, administrator, as well as the office staff are people that care about the patients. This agency has come along way.
Recently had family that had knee replacement- Allied took referral knowing that they did not have a physical therapist available- she sat at home for weeks without therapy. When she finally saw MD again she had to go back into hospital because of no therapy. How can an agency take a patient knowing they couldn t provide services? I am disgusted with the actions of this agency and would strongly recommend everyone avoid at all costs.
In a word brutal. Who runs this place? It is a disorganized mess. The office seems to have no idea of what they are doing. Good luck for trying to arrange care for loved ones. They don't adhere to any schedule they make. The nursing visits were so short I don't think they quailfy as any type of care. The general attitude of the employees seems that the patient is lucky to have the nurse there. How they can pretend to have home health staff is beyond me. The aid either was hopelessly late or no showed. I made the mistake of having this pathetic organization into my home. The only satisfaction I gained was firing them and going to a company that could provide the services they promised and did not make excuses. I would say avoid Allied at all costs and go with a real agency.
trully traumatizing experience. This organization should not be in the health care business. The staff is callous and unsympathetic. The office is incompetent. How this mess exists in our health care system is unknown to me. Frankly I would be ashamed to be connected to this disgrace. My family deserves better then 2 minute nursing visits and pathetic home care staff. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Okay When This company first started I was hired back in 2013 as a receptionist and was promoted as an Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant. The C.E.O and D.O.N was wonderful and still remain wonderful. Yes the company has alot going on but then again its Homecare. And Company was growing. So it got busier and busier. I really dont like the negative comments posted below. The Hiring manager need to hire strong candidates that could multitask and get the job done right so the office could run smoothly. Overall the office its great but needs better improvement in management. Thank You
disorganized mess - no one has a clue what is going on - seems like no planning in office - everyone just pushes off work on others. Nothing ever gets done. Patients visits often overlooked and skipped - home health placement is sporatic at best.
