From the lady (Brittany) that answered my phone call inquiring about the car to the salesman Endy to the sales manager Roberto to ( who lowered the price so I was able to get the car that I really wanted) to the man Ken that drove 90 miles to pick me up so I was able to pick up my new car! Monte who finalized my deal and let me know my options as far as additional coverage, but did not pressure me into anything I did not want. Endy gave me a birthday card! Let me tell you, I have never had a better experience! It's the little things that make a difference... My entire experience was top notch. Everyone was helpful, kind and smiling. I could not be more proud to have joined the Dave Edwards family! Every time I have bought a car has been a horrible experience.
