The communication was poor. Initial diagnosis was wrong. The costs for repair are very high. I have no problem paying a little extra for quality repairs, but I found other shops to do repairs for hundreds less than my quote. Not on your dealership, but Chevrolet needs to come out with recalls or better warranties. No reason a radiator should leak, or a oil pump go out at 70,000!!
