I needed an item delivered from the coast to JHB, But I needed it delivered before my friend went back to the UK, Of course I phoned internet express online help line and they said I can use the budget one because both the pick up and drop off are in main areas and it would defiantly get there in time with 2 days to spare.

Item was delivered 4 days late, My friend had to take his flight back to the Uk, by the time internet express tried to rush the item they have already failed on their service delivery.

I then told support I am willing to use your service again to transport the item to the UK if they refund me on the first delivery. They obviously dont want my money because they did not get back to me

why internet express failed the customer

1. Customer support did not push client to take the Urgent delivery service even though client said it was time sensitive.
2. They did not take note of any of the special delivery notes
3. Client support stalled client until item was delivered and then support disappeared without checking to see if client was happy.
4. False Advertising - what they promise and what they deliver are 2 different things

If anyone can tell me how internet express helped me I would be glad, they have just caused more and more problems. I will keeping posting a bad review every week until internet express delivers a solution. If you cant provide a solution get out of business.

If someone from higher management can contact me, I would more than be happy to help you guys on how to manage your business. even just help you guys train your customer support.

This is not the first time this has happened anther client has experienced this Ashwell

Root cause Analysis : Initial customer support not providing relevant information and promise of delivery to client.
