We had a great experience with the hotel staff. Norman, provided excellent service by suggesting restaurants, and entertainment. My parents went with us and Norman went out of his way to greet them and answer all of their questions. He was the highlight of our hotel stay.

The manager, Chris Howe, and Miah, at the front desk, provided excellent customer service.

Thank you Norman, Miah, and Chris for making our first trip to Boston so enjoyable. We look forward to seeing you all soon.
