HORRIBLE!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Service! I try not to use the service because I've heard the complaints in the past! Today I found out the hard way!! Had a ride scheduled for an appointment, got an automated message that the driver will be at my home at 8:38 a.m. I went outside to wait as soon as I hung up, by 9 a.m. I called Provide-a-ride they said the driver had been at my home and left! Lies, lies, lies the driver had to be invisible because I never seen him/her! I will never use this service again & my advice to those who can use another means of transportation....Do so!!
