They were assigned by Walmart to fulfill warranty repairs. Their customer service is really polite, I give them that. But they're very disorganized. Appointments sent in the email aren't met, I have to call many times to find what the status is. Phone calls are a test of patience, having to wait online for up to 40 minutes at times, to finally get somebody to answer. It's been almost a month now since I filed the claim, and still waiting...
