Unfortunately we experienced very poor service from Toyota, we purchased a new vehicle a year ago and were promised free wof and a service only to be forced to pay for these the first time we brought it in. No one bothered to check our story or help us in any way apparently because Toyota had no trace of the paperwork nothing could be done. In fact we even had a lady call us to remind us our FREE service was due so there is obviously somewhere noted that we are entitled to 3 years free. We are 2 new Toyota owners and because of feeling ripped off and undervalued we will not be returning and will purchase from elsewhere in the future!
