We booked a deluxe room through booking, when we made check in asked for upgrade of the room. The hotel charged twice more for upgrade and gave us the same room, that was booked, then when we asked why they charged so much, they answered that for 2 nights there was a deposit 270 usd, though there was none information about the deposit on booking . The mini bar was empty, there is no jacuzzi in the room, the window is small and thus the view from the very top level doesn't matter. One of the restaurants for breakfast doesn't work. The managers at the reception speak poor English. We ordered a plate of fruit to the room, and none was delivered, they just forgot about it. The hotel itself is quite old, the room is ok for 3-4 stars, it is quite small. It is anyway not a five star hotel and service is very poor.
