African suite was beautiful only lighting flashed in some areas, service and customer friendliness was nowhere to be seen. They should have stated an unimpaired deposit of 150 if you booked online on the website. Check-in time is only at 4 pm which we found very late and had to be out at exactly 12 o'clock and it was not allowed a minute later. No breakfast in bed if you had a guest so had to go all the way down while pregnant with stairs and lift. It was no longer possible to go to the swimming pool at 11.50 am because your pass was already deactivated. Really outrageous! Also there you were not allowed to stay in the afternoon and there you pay a nice 317 plus 150 deposit !! You really can't do that! At dinner we had to follow the staff to be allowed to place an order. And we had to pay during dinner because the servant wanted to go home. But given an extra star because the food was delicious !!
