Andy Lewis provided excellent customer service and support during my two visits to Inchcape! He didn t pressure me in to purchasing something that was unsuitable, and was honest and knowledgable when explaining VW products and services. I would recommend a visit to Andy if you re hoping to purchase a new VW. Unfortunately, the Senior Sales Executive, Aaron, was quite the opposite. Aaron didn t even address myself or my dad, who came with me to make the purchase, and was completely impersonal and rude. If I had dealt with him, I would not have purchased the car that I did. Thank you again, Andy!
