Total s*** show. Stay away, you will not close. If you're like me and the bank has forced you to use them, good luck. They've missed 3 closing days, 90 days and counting. They haven't started any paperwork. Hired my own title company to just get this done. Didn't help. Good luck getting them to respond via phone or email.
