Stayed over late December 2016 for 3 days. Definitely a luxury hotel in philipine standards but more like a usual hotel in the US. Provided all amenities even WiFi. Breakfast was the best and complimentary, which were not provided from other hotels in the area.
Cons:
-4 floors and no elevator
-WiFi was available, but had the speed of a dial-up (very slow). Better to bring your own hotspot

Being a tourist heavy location, and a block walk away from the beach. It is nice to come in a master planned hotel that thought of all the guest needs to relax after a long excursion of boat tours and sight-seeing.
