Had a great experience buying a used Mazda3 from Brown's Fairfax location. Bobby was especially helpful finding all the cars I wanted to see, and not making me feel rushed as I test drove and inspected all of them. He had the car cleaned, gassed up, and ready to go by the time I was finished with my paperwork. Chandra made the financing process a breeze and answered every question I had. I especially appreciated how when suggesting add-ons there wasn't a crazy effort made to try an upsell on dubious products. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a car.
