I worked with Vic DeSantis and he earned All 5 Stars he is receiving! - I literally have nothing negative to say about him or his office.
Came across A1mortage flyer in my mail and had been looking to refinance my VA loan and take out part of my equity to pay off bills. I looked into the company and it had good reviews, I was a little surprised as it was Junk Mail Flyer but I gave them a call. I called and a receptionist pick up after a few rings who asked a couple short questions then transferred me to Vic, at which point I was given his direct line; this made communicating with him very effective.
Vic was amazing, he was thorough in finding out what my goal of referencing was and how much it would cost me. He explained every line item and made sure I was comfortable and understood how much the closing fees would be. There was ZERO pressure to continue after he had explained everything but it all made sense I it was going to put me a in a more secure position now and long term.
I decided to move forward with the process and while going through the process ran into a tax issue which would have stopped me approved from being approved. Vic was knowledgeable with new laws and regulations. After discussing these changes with the underwriter he tax issue was moot. Vic went above and beyond helping in this process and I was able to get the amount I needed and close within two weeks of starting the process.
Vic s knowledge and dedication is why I was able to get this loan and will be able to improve my financial future. I plan on refinancing again in the future and I wouldn t want to go through this process with anyone else but Vic DeSantis.
