My family and I were very happy with the care given to my father in his last weeks. Under the care of Dr. Berroa-Garcia and the team of hospice nurses, my dad passed away peacefully at home as was his wish. We asked a lot of questions and made many phone calls to the hotline and each time a team member always helped us answer the questions and resolve the issues. Dr. Berroa-Garcia was incredibly patient and kind in addressing all of our concerns. The nurses were not only professional but friendly as well. Everyone who came to see my father and check on my mother were always respectful and dutiful about wearing their PPE due to the pandemic. We are grateful for the wonderful care.
