Schalonia at the front desk was absolutely amazing...

Schalonia at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond multiple times during our stay to make sure it was more then enjoyable. Previously working for the Ritz Carlton I know how difficult it can be to work at the front desk especially when it is busy, but she was amazing every time I spoke to her and did special little touches with every interaction. I would come back to the hotel solely because of how she treated me.
