I will never go back to this store. I purchased a phone here from a commission driven rep. He tried to mislead me by telling me that all of Racine had 5G..but I knew better. He told me that if you use a phone case other than an Otterbox US Cellular won't cover it, and he tried to make me set up my phone and transfer the data myself. He did end up doing it, but it took 2 hours and not all of my data was transfered, which means he obviously didn't know what he was doing.
