My husband bought a CX6.00 BT for 84.99 with two years warranty through MediaMarkt! And we tried to get it fixed or return it after a month!!! but the Sennheiser wants us to pay 90 to replace it or if we want it to get it back or recycle the stupid item we have to pay for 20 !!! And they said it was a water damage??? it worked for two weeks only, and was never submerged in any type of liquid! Really bad customer service!!!! Poor service!!! Never ever will get from Sennheiser ever again! Unbelievable with such brand or company!!!
