I have been approved to get a car in White Rock from another dealer and could not get the car from Chrysler dealership. I called and was at this dealership , put a deposit on it , but the financial department had to scramble to get approval . I now went back and in car approved at other dealership that was needed to assist handicap elder .

After a week of scrambling to get the deposit back , still waiting! They are looking for the piece of white paper that paper that never mentioned I had to have to get deposit back ,as there is a clear record of it and witness plus bank statement , also the dealership has a copy of it as well .

Upon return to get the monies return on interac , which clearly shows the transaction, I got another car approved same day from another dealer ,they call the other dealership shady , and don't know the dealership as I never mentioned them , obviously they have a better relationships with their financial institutions and held my deposit!

I have never dealt with this quasi normal behaviour with just a simple transaction with a simple return of monies directly back on your interact. This is just bully mentality for a group of sore losers that don't know financing, I was direct with coming there on price point and approval without giving every little detail on your income and T-4 slips . Most banks will approve on credit score and wave income . I was approved on my credit score that should suffice.

I can not believe still holding this elders money, and treat people like this as they have no idea how to finance , I've had $3000.00 cash down at a dealership in White Rock and back by cheque in 3 days without a hassle and no copies of paperwork I had to bring in . A good relationship and a pleasure to do buiness , and hoped we had made the sale , perhaps this dealership should have the same approach, and not have to post this review.
