I've been AWOL from Motorcars Honda service for a few years, but decided to return because other auto repair services just did not measure up. So when service consultant C'ontae Prescott took charge of my case, I was especially pleased with the attention and professionalism he rendered. He made sure I got the parts needed to complete my brake job, when the parts were inadvertently not ordered on time; he helped me prioritize the additional repairs I needed for future visits; and gave me cost estimates for other services. So, to be sure----I shall return.
