The facilities are good and the waiting time for appointments is affordable. On the other hand, the staff, in general, are not friendly or empathetic (from reception to doctors). My experience with obstetricians in monitoring pregnancy is being regular since they do not give you personalized attention, they hardly look at your face to speak, they do not ask you anything beyond the mandatory, you do not feel that they are really aware of you. Being in a private hospital I expected that they would make at least one of the echoes in 3D / 4D, but nothing, although in the birth plan it is detailed that they are done in 4D, it has not been like that and when I asked they said that it was already too late to do so because the 20 weeks had already passed. The waiting time for the laboratory is chaotic and many people always accumulate outside, even if you have an appointment. All the medication that I am taking has been prescribed for me in the public, here they have not seen the need to prescribe anything, although the analytical values are indicated outside the normal ranges. The midwives have treated me well and in anesthesiology, everything is correct.
