The sales person did not pressure me and was able to easily answer my questions on my special installation situation in a way a non-window expert could understand. The installers were very experienced, friendly and extremely professional. They left my home cleaner than it was when they arrived. The quality of Renewal By Anderson windows is second to none. Friends who had recently had their windows replaced by other vendors have commented many times at how clean the installation and how beautiful my new windows are. It's very clear to me that RBA of Northeast PA really stands behind their products and installation and that customer satisfaction is their number one priority.
