Almost 8 years ago we purchased an "As Is" used car from Mike Murphy Ford. The day after we purchased it we had a major mechanical malfunction. Since we purchased it As Is, we knew that the dealership really wasn't responsible. We spoke to Jeff Lynch (sales manager) and they were kind enough to take care of the problem. Since then we have continued to have that car serviced there. This weekend we were able to purchase another very nice used vehicle from them and will have it serviced there. Our salesman was Jimmy Howard and was excellent to work with.
