Ok, first, the place itself was cool, liked it. but...
we booked our tickets beforehand. Unfortunately we had a little trouble at getting to Japan and werent able to visit at the day we booked the tickets, so we were only able to go there the following day.
We asked the management if there is a way to get into the museum, because we werent able to redeem our tickets at the day before. But they just said that this is not their problem... I was kinda shocked, and went there again to ask if theres nothing we can do, he said: "Go to the Ticket Mashine and buy new tickets"... i asked for a discount because we payed 25 per ticket and werent even there, but: "no discount possible"... so jeah, we payed 50 for a ticket and were very angry because they didnt even try to solve our problem, listen to us or find a compromis that would make us happy. they had our money and the rest wasnt their problem.
