Good quality. Horrible service. I've been overcharged $99.95. I called back, associate said there is no manager on duty, and she can't help me. She took my info and promised me to pass on Manager. Never heard from them again. So I called them again. Same situation. I can't believe that place is running without any managers supervision. But they need it so badly. I want my money back.

Today I want to edit my review. I'd like to say thank you and good job Graham! Thank you for taking care of me, you did good. You showed how much you care about your customers. Month ago I gave you only 2 stars and I wrote bad review. Today I want to change that for 5 stars. Again Thank you Graham.
