Poor system and management. Came into the front desk many times to apply swimming class for my kid but look like they don t care about you and want to kick you out. Tried to get waiting list and finally got a call from the leader YMCA. She said she have one class available and just come to class even not make payment yet. Tomorrow morning I call the front desk to confirm my kid s class and the front desk said I can come to make payment today or tomorrow that s fine. That s evening after work I come to the front desk make payment right away because I know this place too hard to register. And What the surprise they said the Class was full and no waiting list. They tried to ask someone in charge but not sure, even they charged my money with the class was full on the system. Somethings wrong about this place. Can t trust and don t think they have a good lesson. At the end they told me to call the manager to ask what going on. Off course, I know I will talk with the voice mail. I don t know what to say...Do they think they have low prices and they can treat with customers the same? Just get out of this place
