My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks during the end of August. We stayed in a wonderful Sea View Junior Suite with 2 balconies overlooking the sea and views of Burj Al Arab.

Our room was spotless and Amir our housekeeper did an amazing job ensuring we always stocked up with everything we needed. A special thank you must be given to the front desk manager Mr Birles Bizhkenov who was incredibly attentive ensuring we stayed in our regular suite and ensuring all our requests were met.

This place ensures your requests are always met and never made us feel that we were a burden. I cannot speak highly enough about the variety of amazing quality food at dinner and a special thank you to the restaurant chef Suresh Baabu who never failed to bring a smile to our faces every night. His welcoming persona was just typical of the excellent service we received during our stay and I could honestly say this was one of our best holidays because of him and all the staff who all work incredibly hard to put a smile on thier guests faces.

This is a special hotel and I am sure to return in the near future!
