Good inventory of quality cars and good experience with salesman (Giovani). Gio was very knowledgeable about Honda's in particular and was a big help in selecting a used Honda Civic for our daughter. However, financing was a very slow process (we were literally at the dealership for 5 hours) and Larry tried to finance our loan for a higher interest rate (2.4%) at a different bank than requested. We were already approved at Aurgroup with a 1.9% rate, which caused further delays. Larry was condescending to our daughter as well. We were also given incorrect information about our first set of license plates. There was absolutely no followup after the sale. Overall a less than positive car buying experience! A stark difference from when I purchased a new Acura a little more than 5 years ago. Most likely will NOT return to this Acura dealership for further purchases.
