Potential renters beware. They will not give your security deposit back. It's been almost 3 months now and there's been nary a sign of it. It's almost impossible to get a hold of them no matter which method you try. And when you do it's always "we'll talk it over with the team and get back to you." Spoilers, they never do. They also would take forever to fix something when I was living there and one time I came home to a notice saying they were going to shut down the electricity because it hadn't been paid. We weren't in charge of paying the utilities, it was their responsibility.
