The Royal Hawaiian is a nice hotel to stay in, as a tourist. It s housekeeping staff are very courteous, exceeding customers expectations most times. It is a nice place to be. I stayed in the hotel with my wife in September 2016 when we visited Hawaii and we had a very nice time. The staff were also friendly and they were ready to go the extra mile to satisfy clients. It is an heritage tourist hotel. I ll recommend the hotel anytime.
