On Tuesday May 2nd, I was admitted to the ER by my Doctor, ever since I arrived there, to the Holmes Regional Center, I could not be more grateful, because they took care of me from the first minute I got there. Once they proceed to perform the initial exams and thanks God was negative, they transferred me to the 5th Floor and the attention there was outstanding, I am really impressed how compassionate and affective the staff was, from the housekeeping folks to the Assistant nurses. The nurses, to all of them my infinite gratitude and my appreciation because thanks to them, my 2 days in the hospital was way less traumatic, you helped me to remain calm and feel cared. The name of the staff, and I am sorry if I leave someone behind, were: Brenda M, Martha A, Maria S and Olga H, special consideration to Ashley Davis, I believe she is one of the best Managers there, I always believe that leaders should always lead by example and that she was doing, excellent customer service, and she knows very well her job!, she went far beyond my expectations and I will always appreciate all the well care you provide me!
