2019 Membership Cancelled out of the blue because ...

2019 Membership Cancelled out of the blue because they did a review and i had 7 calls 2 of which i cancelled because Rep told me i had used my calls for the year which by the way was the month of my renewel. Very discriminatory and very unfair. I had been a member since 1997 and this is the thanks you get.
