My family and I have been a member for a while and we ve been fortunate to have had plenty of positive engagements with our Service Provider. Aside from the benefits (plan) that fits our family s needs, it is refreshing to be able to speak to an actual human regarding any enquiry and not try and engage with a Bot . The Consultants at Fedhealth I have had interactions with, always manages to guide or assist me first time regarding an enquiry.

Keep up the good work Fedhealth. I m big on service delivery, especially paid services/benefits and would like to continue writing about my good experiences with your Company. In fairness, I write equally (long) and bad (service) reviews where requirements weren t met.
