A1 could not have been better to deal with! Ask for Ami Buccero. She knows her stuff. She is an excellent communicator - keeping us informed along every step of the process. She responded promptly to all forms of communications: e-mails, phone calls, whatever, from both the buyer and seller. She followed up with the title company as well. This was a FSBO, so she had the added responsibility of working with non real estate professionals helping us along the way and making sure we knew what the next steps were. Ami was always courteous, efficient, and professional. The whole process went smoothly, painlessly and quickly!
