The worst hotel service of my life. I live in hotels and seen it all but this one takes the cake. Granted I was late to reserve a room. I reserved the room at 8 PM with a scheduled arrival of 3AM. The computer was working properly when I arrived and the lady behind the counter was exceeding unhelpful. She said that she was unable to check us in and seemed angry that I asked. I would have expected a phone call or at least an apology. I'll be using Marriot next time.
