Breakfast is $32.24, fitness center access is $22....

Breakfast is $32.24, fitness center access is $22.40, WiFi is not complimentary, the bath in my room was broken, elevators have a huge wait. Very noisy at night, not from airport but other guests. You can hear average conversation through walls. This hotel is quite terrible, especially for the "4 star" quality. I really recommend staying somewhere else in Chicago, even if you miss a flight
