I've been installing BF Rich Windows since 1997 and I can honestly say that this is a Manufacturing company like no other I have dealt with. The product itself is by far the best vinyl window that money can buy. It structural value exceeds all others. I have installed their window and patio door products in High rises. In order to install any window in a high rise it has to meet very strict structural ratings and it actually exceeds the requirements. There was one job funded by the government that required the window to have a structural metal rod built in between two units that were fused together. BF Rich engineered a custom designed model to meet the governments requirement and we installed over 600 units and never had an issue.
One of the best qualities this company has is they are a relatively small company that can meet the needs of their customers request. I actually installed them in my house back in 2000 and never have I had one issue with them. I recommend them to all of my customers. Now , I am not saying there were never any issue with the over 50,000 units that I have installed over the years. But their customer service people always made it right. We had an issue one time where the actual Vice President came to the job site and resolved it. That tells you something about this company.
